Week 14

We have made it!! Week 14! Every week with me seems to be much of an accomplishment! Its been a hard couple weeks. Getting used to all the new "aches, and pains" is a bit alarming for me at times, but resting in the peace of another healthy week gone by! :) We go in Thursday for our 14 week doctor appointment! YAY! I always love going in. I love my fabulous doctor and it is such a joy hearing the babies heartbeat. Just to know it is doing well and alive and kicking!! Well, not that I have felt yet :) Soon I am sure. We are hopefully going to get the go ahead to book our 18 week ultrasound to find out what the baby is!!!! I am SO excited. I can barely contain myself! I want these next 4 weeks to fly by!!

Next weekend we get to go visit Auntie Elise and Uncle Brian! Uncle Brian is officially graduating from Withworth! YAY for him! So we are making the journey up to Spokane next weekend. Then, to be followed by LOTS of weddings! Tis' the season!!

My first mothers day has been very special. Baby got new burp clothes from Grandma and Grandpa Hinrichs. A cute shirt from it's Auntie Cassie. And a beautiful card from Daddy. :) YAY for first Mother's day!!!

Now onto baby...it is busy with thumb sucking, toe wiggling, (not so cute but equally amazing) making urine, and breathing amniotic fluid as the liver, kidneys, and spleen continue to develop. Lanugo (thin, downy hair) is growing all over its body for warmth.

And its the size of a LEMON!!! :)
